When cancelled with 24+ hours' notice, deposit is held as store credit to apply to future visit

Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice forfeits the deposit

Not showing up to an appointment will forfeit the deposit

Appointments may be marked as a "No Show" after a 15-minute grace period

Arriving after the grace period may result in cancellation and forfeiting the deposit 

Please schedule all services needed so the appropriate time frame may be reserved

Gift cards and gift certificates are not redeemable for cash

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards/certificates or any personal items

No refunds (services rendered are not able to be returned)

repairs needed beyond 2 days may require a charge
